Het gaat vooral over de zin en de onzin van ons spreken. Spreken is zilver en zwijgen is goud, zo luidt een heel oud en wat stoffig spreekwoord. Er zijn genoeg situaties denkbaar waarin deze uitdrukking niet opgaat. Spreken is soms onmisbaar. Maar er gaat met spreken ook vaak iets mis.
