We horen hoe Jezus aan het begin van zijn optreden, meteen na zijn doop in de Jordaan, een tijd van stilte en eenzaamheid doormaakt. Wij worden uitgenodigd ons elke jaar opnieuw bij hem te voegen en hem op die weg te volgen. Even een stapje terug, even alle drukte en gedoe terzijde laten, even je aandacht richten op het wezenlijke in ons leven.
