Hun dienst, inzet en leven voor Hem en het evangelie hebben zij tot het uiterste waargemaakt in de stad Rome. Hun bloed bezegelt hun levensgetuigenis dat Jezus belijden voor Hem leven en sterven betekent.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Zoals zij worden ook wij gevraagd in onze tijd te beantwoorden om dit getuigenis ook vandaag vruchtbaar en vitaal te doen zijn. Het woord en voorbeeld van Petrus en Paulus mag ons hiertoe inspireren.
